Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Clarifications and Partnerships – Clear Defined product requirements for being market leaders

• Presales – Response to RFP, creation of a prototype, and participation in POC

• Sales - Assist in preparation of sales collateral

• Implementation - An interface between customer and development team. Work hand–in–hand with the client as well as a development team and ensure that all the requirements of the customer are met

• Must do Independent implementation.

• Team Management – Guide the BA team and plan for the task allocation. Ensure end to review and tracking of the task.

• Communication: Customer Convening capabilities with best solutions and workaround. Internal project team coordination for implementation and change requests with a status update.

Domain Expertise

• Understanding of Merchant Settlement Process

• Well versed with Banking relations with Third-Party Payment Integrator

• Should be able to understand the business perspective

• Utilize strong analytical and research techniques to identify gaps

• Develop crucial functional requirement specifications, creating detailed use cases and process flow diagrams to support functional specifications

• Conduct UAT with the cross-functional business teams to ensure the system was aligned with the vision of the business teams.

• Provide comprehensive support to all end-users and stakeholders through training and documentation

• Evangelize design within and outside the organization.

• Brainstorm and create new directions in our quest to make payments safe, secure, and agile.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 10+ years in Payment Operations

• Preference MBA in Finance, Any banking certification will be added on

• Excellent written as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English.

• Presentable, Proactive, and confident.

• Should be product-oriented.

• Should be a good listener and planner.

• Handle multiple product avenues and projects at a time.

• Must be capable of handling independent implementation.

• Should be available for short and long-term travel to Domestic and International client locations.

• Should be able to negotiate with customers regarding requirement scope.
