Key Responsibilities

• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and align product roadmap with strategic goals

• Define business goals and effectively prioritize features to align with business strategy

• Work within an agile team to translate business requirements into actionable user stories

• Manage the product backlog and prioritize work effectively

• Participate in all agile ceremonies

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and various other stakeholders including analytics, design and user experience, engineering and product implementation teams

• Regularly report on development status and challenges to internal and external stakeholders. Actively mitigate risks to ensure project success

Desired Skills and Experience

• Must have around 10-12 years’ experience in product analysis and product management, out of which around 3-4 years’ experience as Product Owner

• Senior analyst with experience in investment banking and integration with Apex

• Ability to work and manage agile structure and execution

• Excellent communication and interfacing with business, product and development team

• Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making

• Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information

• Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

• Must have been already working in the US for at least 2 years
